1. If you would like to make extra bookings for Donation you are welcome to make as many bookings as you like, even on the same day is fine. Please SEND US 1 MESSAGE to inform us you will be making a donation for another guest. Your reservation will be updated 24 hours after date of CHECKOUT. We won't cancel your booking unless you don't answer messages and leave a bunch of random reviews. Then we have to cancel it to remove it.

2. Anyone can live with us but everyone helps out. We have refugees and foreigners who are seeking something different in this world living with us. Our goal is to build an ashram or commune style place in Myanmar to help the refugees there. We are located in Thailand and are about 100 meters from the river which is the natural border to Myanmar. Across the river from us is disputed territory and we can hear gunfire an jets bombing from our building. Sometimes its very active and sometimes its quiet for a month. Donations help some guests to eat and sleep free. Everyone is equal here whether an orphan or refugee or backpacker from Europe or a business person from New York.

3. Please DO NOT LEAVE MORE THAN 1 review per user account or it will be marked as fake in the system. Please don't leave fake reviews. If you want to leave a review for a donation, say it is a donation. If someone says our place is amazing, I want them to actually have visited our place and had an amazing experience. We prefer heartfelt reviews from guests who actually stay and visit our property. Before we ever started receiving donations, we've had so many guests come with no expectations and leave teary eyed giving us hugs. We've had guests come for a night and stay for months. Some are now part of the family and will return every year. Thats what we want, the real experience.

4. We have moved to a larger campground area in another part of the city. So kindly contact me here or in whatsapp 1-2 days before you arrive so we can be sure to you are not going to the old property. We are doing a big renovation inside the new building- single and dorm rooms are available now. There is still a bit of a mess inside. Also some nights we are empty and some nights we are completely full with every tent, bed and floor space taken.

If you want to stay at a community home where you can eat, hang out, basically feel at home with friends; then this is the place for you. We are a commune which means each person has chores to do. A Fundamental part of commune life is to share chores, responsibilities and recreation. As a guest you can help with about 30 minutes of chores each day if you are able. Please let us know if this is ok for you.

Also please: if you are booking for GENIUS PROGRAM or to get a visa and you don't come to stay with us kindly please do not leave multiple reviews. We don't have much here but the one thing we have is our hospitality which we give from our heart. Each guest I try to do my best for them and make them feel like family. If you are booking for program only or for visa, its totally ok, but I invite you in the future to come and visit us and eat a share a meal with us. You may see how much FUN community life can be. Guter Vergleich der Level 1-3:

Der springende Punkt: "....ausgewählte Hotels..."

Bin Level 3 (keine Ahnung warum, hab das nicht aktiv betrieben) und hab gerade ein paar Tests gemacht - in nahezu allen Fällen kam ich mit Vergleich über Tripadvisor/Skyscanner/Checkfelix/whatever auf den identen Preis bei anderen Plattformen.

Verstehe die Begeisterung nicht ganz - wenn jemand meint "10-20% billiger" auf alle Hotels, dann leider nein. Sind nur manche Hotels und dort die Verbilligung auf den Booking-Preis, der oft ohnehin höher als bei anderen Plattformen ist...

Man kann auch Taxis buchen, hier in thaiöand noch billiger als ein euro wenn’s nicht weit mit einem Scooter geht ;),.. aber ja da muss man wohl auch damit fahren und so, aber ich denke man kann in at auch mim Taxi fahren oder?,.. das macht man eventuell sowieso,..
